This Contract is made effective as of September 13, 2025, by and between Mr. Light, S Corp, of 5038 Laurel Canyon Blvd, Suite 304, Valley Village, CA 91607, (Christmas Light Installation), and Home/Business Owner.
Payment
Customer will be invoiced immediately following installation when an accurate count of light strands has been made. A partial prepayment is required prior to installation. The remaining balance is due in full immediately after the initial installation. Payment methods accepted: cash, check, credit/debit card, and Zelle.
If an invoice is requested for payment via credit card, a card number is required prior to installation. No charges will be made to the card until final installation price is confirmed following completion. The entire remaining balance will be applied to the card immediately following the installation date.
Payments not received by the due date as stated on the invoice are subject to a 15% late penalty. Disputes and charge-backs to the credit card company will result in a $50.00 fee. Check payments that do not clear the bank will result in a $35.00 return check fee.

Mr. Light reserves the right to refuse service to any property deemed unsafe. Pricing includes:
All Mr. Light supplied lighting materials remain the property of Mr. Light. Lights are not sold or transferred to the customer. Mr. Light will fasten light strands to gutters or roofline using eco-friendly disposable clips. If standard fastening methods are not possible, additional charges may apply.
Mr. Light is not responsible for paint chipping due to highly oxidized or deteriorating paint on fascia boards. Mr. Light cannot guarantee consistent light bulb orientation due to the twisting nature of light strands.
Mr. Light also reserves the right to take and use photographs or video of the customer’s property for marketing and media purposes.
Mr. Light is fully insured.
Electricity
The property owner must provide Mr. Light clear access to safe and adequate electricity commensurate with the volume of lights requested by the customer. Mr. Light will require enough free circuits to successfully handle the electrical load of the lighting package. High wattage devices such as refrigerators or hair dryers must not be tethered to the lighting package circuits.
Mr. Light will not be held responsible for inadequate, faulty, or overloaded electrical sources at the place of service. If circuit breakers frequently need to be reset, this is often an indication of inadequate power supply and may require a service call to locate additional clean circuits and redistribute power. Customer may be required to provide electrical connection from inside the house. Customers requesting large lighting packages may need to consult with their electrician to provide additional power sources commensurate with package needs. Persistent moisture such as rain will create an increase in electrical resistance up to double the load of the lighting package in dry weather.
Recall
Mr. Light will test all lighting at completion of installation and will leave the project fully functional. In the event of any issues with bulbs, light strands, or installation materials during the rental period, Mr. Light will provide a Recall within 60 hours to repair or replace the issue at no additional cost.
Please note: Service Calls (general inspections or adjustments requested by the customer) are not offered.

Service
Mr. Light reserves the right to refuse service to any property deemed unsafe. Pricing includes:
- Use of a stated quantity of lights and electrical accessories from the installation date through January 3rd of the following year.
- Single-time installation of lights according to a layout planned and approved by the homeowner.
- Removal of the specified installed lighting and decorations in January, unless otherwise noted. Removal is included in the installation price.
